The title for this promotion is ‘Educational Screening Campaign’
The promotion is a discounted private screening at selected ODEON cinemas and at JamJar Cinema for school children and accompanying teachers.
The promotion is only open to education providers from the UK (excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man and employees of the UniqueX group or organisations with whom the promotion or offer is being run, their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate in the promotion).
The promotion is only open for eligible screening times which are 10:15am on weekdays only during school term time.
Customers must provide their name, address and email address and agree to the general terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Customers who make the booking must be aged 18 or over.
Anyone who purchases tickets will be deemed to have read and accepted the Promotional Terms and Conditions.
Book the Cinema / Unique will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering and promoting the promotion and will only keep your personal details for as long as is necessary to fulfil these purposes and will not pass on your personal information to a third party without your prior permission unless you ticked the opt-in box. Your details may remain stored after your booking but they will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. If you have, your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. Book the Cinema / Unique abide by the General Data Protection Regulation of 2018 and complies with its provisions to ensure that any data you provide is treated accordingly.
The promotion entitles education providers to book cinema screenings for children at a discounted price of £6 per ticket with every eleventh ticket free providing such eleventh ticket is for an adult teacher. There will be no cash alternatives.
This promotion will run from 1st September 2022 until 23:59 on 21st July 2023 in Scotland and 23:59 on 21st July 2023 in England and Wales. Book the Cinema / Unique reserves the right to cancel this promotion or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
It is forbidden to sell any promotional tickets.
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This promotion is administered by Book the Cinema / Unique / ODEON / JamJar Cinema.
Unique / Book the Cinema reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time if there are good reasons for doing so and will make every effort to ensure that any changes do not affect the promotion.
Unique / Book the Cinema disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with the promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing shall exclude the liability of Unique / Book the Cinema for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
